We were now travelling in an area that was dotted with hill towns. A lot of the countryside reminded us of home but with still so many contrasts.
Our next stop was Orvieto with the most magnificent Duomo with a facade to die for.
We had two hours to wonder around this pretty town up and round little cobble lane ways. We found a clock tower to climb that gave us sweeping views of the village and valleys below.
By now the Princess tours had arrived so it was our cue to leave and off to Civita di Bagnoregio we go....
