63 Suez Revisited.

It was once again deemed that we enter and start our transit of the Suez Canal under the cover of darkness. Cause you know it was much safer coasting along on in a big white box lit up like a xmas tree!!  But I guess with the current situation in the area they felt this was the best thing for us.

At least on the way over we were able to pass the most interesting parts of the canal during daylight, but this time it was only the section between the bitter lake and Suez we did during the day….  The one difference between this time and last time were the 2 tugs that cruised right behind us constantly moving in and out checking that nothing was coming up beside us and apparently we had a tug out in front.

We made it through unscathed and as we were missing Sharm and had an extra day up our sleeve, the captain decided that we should do laps of the Red Sea before heading up the Gulf to Aqaba, we were all voting for an over nighter.
