Arriving back in Valletta we stopped for coffee before walking around this very easy to navigate town. The highlight here was the Cathedral of St John. We seemed to be following the areas that the Knights of St John followed.
After being expelled from Rhodes the Grand Master and his knights made their way to Malta. Here they settled and built a beautiful palace and Catherdral. The Cathedral, although looking very bland from the outside is highly ornate on the inside …. Very beautiful indeed.
